Document 1 — DHCD envelope: "Mobile Home donated to Tristan J. Roberts, Trustee of Living Trust"
California Department of Housing and Community Development envelope. Postmarked on or about February 1, 2023. Kent's own hand.
Document 2 — Meriwest envelope: transfer instructions from SEI and Wells Fargo
Meriwest Credit Union envelope, postmarked on or about February 2023. Kent's handwritten instructions directing Tristan, as Trustee, to transfer funds from SEI and Wells Fargo into Meriwest and to donate to charities as noted.
Department of Motor Vehicles envelope. Kent's handwriting directs the 2007 Dodge Ram pickup to be donated to KUNR Public Radio in Reno, Nevada.

Document 5 — SEI Private Trust statement: "Transfer to Meriwest" (9/22/2023)
SEI Private Trust Company quarterly statement with Kent's handwritten annotation dated September 22, 2023 — corroborating the account transfer he was actively executing in the final weeks of his life.
Document 6 — ASPCA appeal letter (9/8/2023): TOD notes and EIN 13-1623829
ASPCA appeal letter dated September 8, 2023. Kent wrote the ASPCA's federal Tax ID (13-1623829) in his own hand, along with Transfer-on-Death notes.
ASPCA-related envelope. Kent's handwritten contact log runs from approximately September 25 through November 8, 2023 — his active planning of the ASPCA TOD designation in the last six weeks of his life.
Kent's handwritten notes on a Wounded Warrior Project donation receipt, spanning November 2022 through November 3, 2023, with a final entry referencing Tristan Roberts roughly ten days before Kent's death. Tristan has the original physical document and will bring it in person on April 22.
